E-UPF is a university platform centralizing academic, administrative, and educational management. It allows administrators, teachers, students, and parents to access their services through a unified interface while offering the generation of secure documents and an intelligent assistant.

Problem addressed

University institutions often use several separate systems to manage users, schedules, grades, absences, bookings, administrative documents, and communication with parents, which complicates the administration and monitoring of students.

Technical solution

E-UPF is developed with Laravel and organizes the different portals around an MVC architecture. Administrators, teachers, students, and parents each have their own dedicated space. Official documents are generated in PDF, secured by cryptographic signature, and verifiable through an independent React portal. An intelligent assistant contextualizes academic data to assist parents.
